Our elopement package offers a seamless experience, allowing you to focus on what truly matters - celebrating your love in a stunning setting.
Elopement Package
From $2,999 for 4 Guests (includes bride and groom to be)
Our exclusive 2-hour elopement package is designed for couples looking for a stress-free yet magical wedding experience. Whether you’re celebrating with just your closest loved ones or a small group of friends, we have everything covered to make your day special.
Available for bookings Sunday – Thursday only.
This package is available for a maximum of 10 guests (includes wedding couple).

Venue hire – Enjoy exclusive use of The Stables Matakana for your intimate elopement, set in stunning countryside surroundings.
Floral arrangements – A floral allowance from $300 is included. If you require additional floral styling, we can coordinate this with our florist, and any extra costs can be covered by the couple.
Celebrant – A professional celebrant will conduct your ceremony and ensure a seamless experience. Paperwork to officiate the marriage must be completed by the couple prior to the wedding day.
Professional photography – A dedicated wedding photographer to capture your most precious moments. Includes an original digital photo album with your choice of 50 minor edits or 12 advanced edits.
Antipasto platter – A beautifully curated selection of cheeses, fresh fruits, artisanal crackers, and gourmet treats.
Champagne toast – Two bottles of Mumm Malborough Champagne to celebrate your love.
Ceremony set-up – Choose between a beautiful outdoor archway ceremony or a cosy indoor fireplace ceremony, perfect for winter elopements.
Signing table – A beautifully styled space for your official marriage documents.
On-site venue staff and set-up – A professional team will ensure smooth execution, including set-up and pack-down.
Post-wedding celebration – Enjoy a relaxed indoor or outdoor gathering after your ceremony, weather dependent.
Transport – Can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.
